This infrared sauna blanket is very easy to use by carefully following the instructions in the included manual. Open the main zipper, step inside and close the zipper. The arms can be pulled out by opening the 2 smaller zippers. The functions can be controlled from the control module or conveniently using the remote control.

The 2 upper and lower heating areas can be used separately and you can choose different temperature levels for each one, depending on your preferences and needs. It also has a timer and automatically shuts off after 30 minutes of non-use. It also has a protective fuse for increased safety in the event of a power failure.
