Double sensors make all the difference
The quality of a bread depends to a large extent that you have exactly the right temperature. That is why the R2530 baking machine uses two built-in heat sensors to determine the internal and external temperature and optimize the program throughout the process. Regardless of the surrounding environment, you will be able to enjoy the same wonderful results every time

Kneading technology like in a bakery
R2530 becomes your bakery at home in the kitchen. The secret lies in one of Panasonic's technical solutions that mimics the movements of a baker when he kneads his dough. The unique kneading tool works the dough with the help of ribs in the bread pan, thus creating a delicate bread with an ideal texture.

Creativity with manual settings
The manual settings help you to be creative without having to knead or mix by hand. Perfect for sweet and savory breads and cakes. Create a homemade bread with a different shape or set kneading and rising times to suit your own recipes. Enjoy the good results.
