Princess Professional Sous Vide hat oben einen Griff mit Klemme, um es an Ort und Stelle zu halten. Der Sous-Vide-Zirkulator ist IPX7-zertifiziert, was bedeutet, dass er absolut wasserdicht ist. Der untere Teil besteht aus einem Edelstahlgehäuse mit einem Kunststoffboden, in dem sich ein kleiner Propeller befindet, der das Wasser zirkulieren lässt.
Stellen Sie es in ein Gefäß, das mit Wasser von etwa fünf Litern und mehr gefüllt ist, und befestigen Sie die Klammer. Das Sous-Vide-Gerät darf nur mit Wasser verwendet werden. Die eingefüllte Wassermenge muss zwischen den Markierungen MAX und MIN am Edelstahlgehäuse liegen. Das Essen wird vakuumverpackt und ins Wasser getaucht. Kochen Sie niemals Lebensmittel, die nicht verpackt sind.
Wenn Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken, leuchtet das Display des Sous-Vide-Geräts auf, dann klicken Sie auf das Touch-Display, um die Temperatureinstellung einzugeben und dann die einzustellen Dauer, wie lange das Essen gegart werden soll.

Was ist Sous Vide?

Das Ergebnis ist, dass die Temperatur genau gleich bleibt durch die gesamte Zutat, d. h. Sie können die Innenseite bei der gewünschten Temperatur garen, ohne die Außenseite zu stark zu garen. Dies wiederum führt dazu, dass die Nährstoffe und der Geschmack des Rohmaterials in völlig überlegener Weise erhalten bleiben. Fleisch wird zarter und saftiger und Gemüse bekommt einen konzentrierteren Geschmack.
